we recently spent seven nights aboard the beautiful MSC divina we were curious to know how this cruise would be different from our 2009 cruise aboard MSC orchestra well the first thing you notice is how beautiful the ship is the lobby is absolutely stunning the stairways are embedded with svorski crystal in the whole place just has a really rich feeling [Applause] our balcony stateroom showed a lot of improvement in form and function the room is beautifully appointed and it has a lot of nice features their shelf space where you can store your gear there's two twin beds that can be converted to a single queen-size bed and a nice desk with a minibar and fridge right below and the closet space is really well organized with a safe and six large drawers for storage but the biggest improvement is in the bathroom where they replaced the shower curtain with a very clever shower door there are a lot of options when it comes time to dine on MSC divina the buffets are huge and they can get a bit chaotic during peak periods the food is pretty much what you would expect on a buffet of a cruise ship this size but the dining rooms are large and they can handle a lot of traffic we were assigned to the Villa Russa main restaurant on deck 6 and it was really beautiful we lucked out got a beautiful table for two with a view of the ocean at the very back of the ship service levels were much improved over what we had on our previous MSC cruise if you don't mind spending a little extra money check out le steakhouse or Ristorante italia both are very upscale there's also a galaxy disco restaurant that's very nice our favorite was la Cantina de Barco with its handmade Neapolitan style pizza that might be the best you're gonna find on any cruise ship [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] some lovers will rejoice at aquapark on Dec 14 it's a huge pool area with lots of lounge chairs there's also the retractable roof overlay serene on Dec 14 and on Dec 15 aft the beautiful garden pool the MSC yacht club is a private retreat for the exclusive use of those who stay in one of the ships 69 yacht club staterooms or sweets guests enjoy some very special amenities including access to a private lounge a private dining room and even a private swimming pool for the ultimate in exclusivity and privacy nothing compares to the MSC Yacht Club [Applause] our seven Knights aboard MSC divina have us convinced that this is more than just a big beautiful ship the ship has great dining options excellent entertainment wonderful service and most of all warm Italian hospitality [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause]

  1. Beautiful Ship with great entertainment, and with the best Italian pizza on the high seas. The food on the other hand was not up to par, the same with the breakfast buffet. Great for a 7 day vacation when on sale to the Caribbean.

  2. I just went on a cruise to the Caribean. The food was adequate to good. The staff were mostly very nice, and the service to the room was ecellent. Don't do their excursions, they are a rip-off!! There is allways lots to do and good entertainment!

  3. Heartbreaking experience on MSC Divina. We had our 20th anniversary paid in full for a7 day cruise only to find out after we boarded that it was a 2 day 2 night Cruise. Their office is closed for the next two days. No one at MSC cares about what has happened to us. Worst customer Experience of our Life.
