    So I have tried to keep this Diet plan extremely simple and at Low Budget with best quality of Macros. I would appreciate if you would share it with all your Friends who are students and help them to become bigger and Stronger. Lets become stronger together. Also I would love to have suggestions from you, if there is any better way we can design this plan. Love you all for the support !

  2. Whey protein 2kg = 5000rs ( 2 scoops per day)
    While eating Normal hostel foods add banana,eggs etc= less than 500rs per Month
    Non veg or paneer on weekends as well as when provided in hostel mess = 500rs.
    Good utilization of Rs6000😊😊👍👌👌👌

  3. 10 eggs= 50rs
    Paneer tofu per day=100rs
    Bread,peanut butter banana etc= 50rs
    Total 200rs × 30= Rs 6000😊😊 cheap budget bullshit.
